Our Conference Policy

Thanks to our sponsors, ETH MUN is able to partially subsidise delegates who go to conferences, often paying for things such as accommodation and the conference/social fees. As these things need to be paid in advance, we strongly rely on your commitment should you sign up to a conference, as we would otherwise be paying for an empty seat. You can, of course, sign up even if you are unsure whether you have the time, but know that, in the weeks leading up to the conference, the head delegate will set a deadline after which, if you drop out, you would have to pay any costs that ETH MUN covered for you.
