ETHMUN Mini-Crisis as stands from it’s name is a crisis oriented mini conference which we typically organize in autumn, but decided to try introducing a second mini-crisis in spring. At mini-crisis we simulate different historical or fictional events with different degrees of absurdity and this spring we might have by far our most fun topics to date – Regency of Carnaro.

The end of the Austro-Hungarian Empire is an often overlooked turning point of European history. But while great history was being made there, the absurd and eccentric stories slip through the cracks of the history books. ETHMUN Mini-Crisis allows you to imagine future of the world as you see or want it and not as you are told. We encourage unrestricted free thinking, and let you to express your wildest political dreams. Join the Mini-Crisis and rewrite European history with us on the 9-10th of May 2025.

You can attend all sessions and the social for a small entry fee of 12 CHF!

Sign-up fees are collected by cash, by card and TWINT. You can pay at ETH during the registration. We will also host Balkan-Italian Themed social in HXE C1 included in the signup fee, where you can try some Italian and Croatian food, drinks, music, and vibe.

At the social, we will also offer a wide selection of different Italian wines, brandies (like Vechia Romagna), Prosecco, grappa, Martini and good old Birra Moretti for attendees over 18.
